He seems to be a good OC but I guess we might find out on 2013 when we possibly play them if he will be a good head coach.

Good hire, his offense is perfectly suited for that weather, this may cause the Davis twins to look elsewhere though.

No reason for him to leave now that Dead Period started. He can do more for Pitt by Coaching in Rose Bowl where they will mention his name a hundred times
