I'm glad he is coming back. He will finally have a shot to win a bowl game and a PAC 12 Championship. You know Larry Scott is pumped. The UCLA-Oregon Championship game sucked...

I thought USC was still on probation next year?

They're off bowl sanction, not sure if SC will still be on scholarship reductions.

USC can only offer 15 new scholarships per season for the next three years. And they have a cap of 75 scholarships per year. So if there are 70 scholarship players returning next year, they can only recruit 5 guys. They can play in a bowl next year.
