BBVA Compass, together with the BIG EAST Conference and Conference USA, is honoring first responders to last spring’s tornadoes with complimentary tickets to the sixth annual BBVA Compass Bowl on Jan. 7, 2012.
In appreciation of those who helped the state through the April 27 storms, members of all branches of the military, along with members of fire, police and rescue squads, will receive up to four complimentary tickets to the game featuring Pitt vs. SMU.
"BBVA Compass values teamwork and effort, on the field and in the workplace," said Alan Register, BBVA Compass Birmingham city president. "The first responders epitomize both, and we could not have overcome this disaster without them. BBVA Compass is privileged to join the BIG EAST and Conference USA in honoring them."
The BBVA Compass Bowl has honored the nation’s military and veterans by distributing thousands of complimentary tickets since its inception in 2006. Due to the April 27 storms, Bowl officials are extending its policy by providing complimentary tickets to first responders as well.

Hopefully some homeless around Legion Field get kicked down fatty tickets for the game
Trey was using the powers of Gamehendge to allow the show to continue, to give the band the strength it needed to help break through this barrier

If you really want a ticket, all you have to do is ask for one.

Free Ticket for me!!!! But I'll be in lovely Fallon, Nevada trying not to freeze to death on the flight line gettin' our pilots ready for cruise when this game gets played.
IE it's an admirable offer but they know good and well just how many of us will be able to take them up on it, hopefully a lot of Guardsmen and reservists show up though. Those guys are a good solid part of the team too. ( I've served with a few and I really mean that)
