Dickerson coming in as RB coach?

I've heard this assertion a couple of times now, but curious why people feel that way. Granted, back when he first left school and the idea of "compliance" was murky at best I get it, but I would daresay the man has had more than enough time to reflect and certainly has a grasp of what the rules are (at least what they are for an SMU vs. an OSU). What does one need to do to pass NCAA compliance requirements? I am genuinely claiming ignorance on this and hoping others can enlighten me. I would love to get him more directly involved with the program, whether as a coach, an ambassador or whatever fits his desires and SMU's needs.

There is a test of NCAA rules the NCAA requires that Coaches take before the Coach can start recruiting

It is open book as JIm Mora Jr said in his interview but I ED doesn't come across as someone who can't read.
