Why is this book so damn expensive? Is it hard to come by? Cheapest I found it was for over $100.

Wow! I bought mine about three years ago off amazon. Used, for about $25 I think.

I just tracked down a copy at my graduate school's library at the College of Charleston. I will be checking it out after Christmas...I would like to own a copy though if its a good read.

I bought one for $20, loaned it to a ponyfans poster who is associated with SMU. When he wanted to return it I asked him to donate it to the library. Guess I should have kept it and scalped it.

It's out of print so the price fluctuates quite a bit. I watched Amazon for a few months before finding an old library copy for about $40. It is listed as high as $200 sometimes.

Some are listed over $600 on amazon and halfprice books.
