According to ESPN 980, AR was activated by the Redskins today.

Well, growing up a Cowboys fan, he is the ONLY reason I'll cheer for the redskins. I need some help here.....I cheer for the Steelers & Saints, but where else have our guys ended up? Seriously, that's great news for AR and hope he does great.

They called him up, let him go, put him back on the practice squad, and then just called him up again. Pats secondary needs all the help it can get, and he did pretty well in the games in which he played. Hopefully he sticks this time; would love to have one of my favorite players be a regular on my favorite team.

Sounded like they brought in a more experienced guy at safety but then cut him and made room for Sterling again.
