The only other question I would have asked is: if JJ was SO banged up why not give Kaiser a few reps? I'm sure I know what the answer would be, but I'd still like to hear it from the source.

Because for all intents and purposes, Kaiser isn't a QB on the roster. He's a mobile clipboard holder.

It's amazing how definitive the on-line coaches are in their talent evaluation of guys who have never done anything but play on the scout team. With Padron's injury and Gilbert not getting to SMU until the summer, Kaiser and Preston will get every chance to play a lot in the spring. Should be interesting to watch.

I'm a big fan of Coach Morrison. I feel like I learn a lot every time I hear him talk.
