TB and the rams jobs are much less of a concern than the Chargers job. JJ has been with the chargers before and the Spanos family thinks very highly of him. Also pretty close to the islands.

IIRC they offered him more than we are paying at the time he went to Hawaii. I don't think money is a problem for them- especially if they are big winners.
