Moody Madness - Sellout Stampede

Postby 2ndandlong » Fri Dec 30, 2011 6:00 pm

PonyFans,

I am glad to say that a few of us are working together with the athletic department on a grass roots initiative to sell out Moody Coliseum. We are focused on the TCU game on February 8. I plan to post additional details very soon, but I wanted to plant the seed.

This is a great opportunity to pack the house against our hated cross town rival. If you have any interest, please PM me for details. I know there are several other ponyfans that are working on this, but I'll let them post on here if they want.

Remember, this is a tax-deductible donation to a 501(c)(3), so pm me now to fit it into this tax year. Or wait until Monday to start the giving in 2012.

Go Mustangs!

Good job/ appreciate your enthusiasm. We will bring a group to the game.

let us know if you or your company wants to make a tax deductible charitable contribution to send deserving dallasites to the game too.

We're off to a pretty good start.

I want to reinforce my goals on this. I do want to encourage people to give if they can, but, most importantly, I WANT PEOPLE TO GO.

If you're considering a game to attend this season, try to make it this one. If you're a season ticket holder and can't attend, you can donate your tickets back to the school, and they can place them.

Let's minimize unused tickets and unused seats!

I don't mean for operation X, I'm talking about for regular season tickets.

I posted that not having seen your post. It was a general request to the board.

We tried to get tickets in some of the areas (like OO, NN, etc.) but I was told they were sold out. However, VERY few are at the game. Are people just holding seats for happier times? I still can't get over the fact that I sit on the opposite side of the coaches, but I can hear them talk like I'm on the bench. Surreal.

guess so because I've made similar inquiries.
