Perhaps Peter Klemm: Real Estate mogul? We need space for the IPF!

Hey Coach Phillips,

Give Eddie Printz a call, and Gabe Marks. Better yet - go visit! They both want to come to SMU. Show 'em a little love.

Thanks.

Ok this looks like a great hire and glad to see we are getting a solid Texas based coach.

Question I have is where does he fit.

Reinbold - WR
Saun - RB / Line
Morrison - QB

Not sure how this plays out really.

Didn't Reinebold coach RB's at Hawaii? If so, JP takes WR, Suan stays with the OL, and Jeff moves to RB.

Suan will probably stay at RB and JP will probably move into the OL position

That depends. Do those three actually do anything of value? Reinebold seems to. Morrison I'm assuming is not worthless if a picky QB guy like Jones has him around. But Suan? Doesn't seem to do much recruiting. His background is extremely not impressive. There has been a history of good RBs come through under him at SMU/Hawaii.

or move Reinebold to OL. I like what Suan has done w/ our RBs, no sense in changing that around right now w/ Zach going into his senior year.

As many on the board have said, our staff may be 10 years older than it needs to be. While I cannot stress enough how much I love this addition, and love having Reinebold around, I would love to be able to add someone similar to Klemm to really crank things up! As some have suggested maybe Nick Rolovich or Colt Brennan?

I would be surprised that JP takes the OL, seems like the one position group he hasn't coached. I like the idea of Suan taking the line. Based on the interviews it seemed like the guys really took to him and we definitely didn't have the mental errors like we did at the end of the season.

If JP is the homerun hire everyone thinks he is.... why wasn't he brought to A&M? Did he decline?
