You must understand that JJ does things different. He doesn't like to recruit, return phone calls or build relationships with Texas HS coaches. His attitude is that if you don't like his cool-aid then go elsewhere. IMO JJ is sure our 12-17 2*and 3* recruits this year will all be NFL quality and playing on Sundays so why recruit anymore.
