The Athletic Dept should pay a certain number of students to create a buzz with regards to attending games. Their job is to be like "Hey, it's almost kickoff. let's go talk some [deleted] to [insert school]" or "man, did you see last weeks game? our team is pretty f**king good" or harass other students "why don't you go to games? you are a f**king loser!" They only need to pay 50-100 students across various dorms, organizations, clicks, etc. It will take a few years, but it will catch on.
