While I was disappointed in JJ's actions, isn't it enough now?? Will all this harping on JJ and negativity bode well as SMU tries for its final recruits??

actually both SMU Florida commitments decommitted due to Mother/grandmother disapproval of going off to SMU. Wonder what happened to that Elston Lane kid.

The national attention JJ got wait the ASU thing did not help us publicity wise. It makes it look like he does not wan tot be here and the other slew of decommits make it look that way as well. I remember JJ said that he was confident that the class would stay together and the the ASU would not hurt the class. That clearly does not look like the case from a national standpoint now or at least the perception of it.

Who was the other Florida commit? I count only 1 pre-ASU scandal.

I stopped wondering or worrying about the SMU 2012 recruiting class in early January. You should too.

We lost Burton today. Elston was gone before the ASU thing.

This could hurt 2 or so years down the road while we are in the BE. The class does mean something. Any recruits we can pick off from Baylor?

Florida Atlantic, wow. Hope Granny realizes she has condemned this kid to 4 years playing losing football in the worst conference in FBS and another 40 years of working at McDonalds.

Mario Christobel at FIU has got to be a target for some Southeastern school soon. 16 three stars to a start up Sun Belt school.
