Re: Jarvis Pruit
My biggest concern is that the coaches have watched film on at least Justice and Briscoe from the same school and this kid didn't standout enough to get an offer then but for some reason he gets one now.

Possibly but Phillips might see something that Reinebold did not. He looks quick and athletic. Also, since he is a UT San Antonio commit I think Larry Coker has seen few good athletes in his time. I would think he sees the field quicker that Cramer. At least Pruitt was 1st team All District on 17-4A. I hope we get him.

Re: Jarvis Pruit
Actually I think he had committed to Texas State and UTSA before. He is a redshirt kid and will put on much needed weight and strength but is 6'3, 220 and does have wheels, AND is AJ's best friend.

We liked him from the very beginning; he was always a take, but he didn't yet have a test score. When he got it this week, he had four offers in one afternoon. The coaches are very excited about him; sorry, Reed Frog.

We know what it feels like, we are the ones with the sore asses
Re: Jarvis Pruit
The ironic part is he is now deciding between UTSA and us by Wednesday?....his Mom likes UTSA and she is pushing him towards that instead of SMU?.......we have come down to fighting for recruits with the likes of UTSA????? ridiculous...a $240K SMU education for free?...and she likes UTSA?
