It's time to kick Doherty upstairs. He's a good fundraiser, let him be in charge of the (needs to be formed) basketball booster organization. Get a young coach in here with a lot of fire and good relations with grassroots. The inconsistency is a joke.

Tulsa wins their seventh in a row in Moody. Just another nail.

Can't disagree with edgeogmyseat. Three guys can dribble, Clinks, JFrog and Manuel. Only one of those looks like a Div 1 athlete

its over. bye Doh and good luck. Bad loss at home. All of a sudden Clinkscales is a 20 plus minute guy today? Where does Jekyl Doh get these thoughts and impulses? Clink was a total non factor out there and gave a up a critical offensive putback to his man. That was just one of several critical breakdowns on the the boards down the stretch. Sucks to waste another 3 hours of my life. Lots of letterman there today. Doh can't survive that showing with so many letterman in the house who were no doubt saying WTF is this crap?

this team has very little chance to win if we don't get double digit production from at least 4 guys. Our biggest problem is we have nobody who is any threat to score in the low post. last year, we had Papa Dia and that helped us spread the floor, but this year it's 5 guys on the perimeter and an occasional flash to the high post looking for a back door cut. We need guys knocking down treys to open the court.

Turning point in this one was when Jalen missed those 2 FTs. Hit those and Cotton knock down a trey and this was anyone's game. It's tough when little Frog is the only one getting open for back door cuts...only to have his shot blocked.

SMUer..these guys act / look like this is all basically new to them. When they drive to the hoop, looks awkward, clumsy..I know Sampurrisus "works his little heart out", but even his vibe is high school / jc - like...Tulsa had a couple of STUDS...even our 'stud" is stud-lite..this looks like the same SMU team I have been watching for 5-7 years. Time for a change...and BTW, what was Orsini doing sitting at the scorers table?? Weird deal..and GREAT crowd .

we knew that was going to be the case coming in; despite that stat, Tulsa didn't have that many more shots than we did. This game was winnable. Just not getting the little things done

Winnable game - Clarkson had a very nice game. Jalen's missed FT's killed any chance of winning.

I've seen a lot of games this season, we just don't have good players, even the new guys. Jalen has potential for sure. Manuel is ok. Smith is a scared of the paint or block. Cannen is softy.

Cotton, Losh, Clinks, Jfrog, Vilde, etc -- so one dimensional and average to below average. I have no problem with the Princeton if it's run like it was last year with the right players.

#Dohwatch

I was telling RGV that I would be pretty upset with Wojo if we had their kids, they should be better than they are.

Why are you concerned? According to you the program is not Division I so why should anyone care?

We have all these good parts and no post or slashers. Saying these kids are unathletic or whatever is silly, they were mostly all highly touted, and they aren't exactly getting blown out for mostly frosh & sophs. We need some marquee pieces, but the problem is Doh. He's not allowed t not get the best out of decent talent. He's been given so much slack that when he has talent, they have to perform at a higher level than this.

This team needs a youth movement in minutes. Frog doesn't get leash in games like this where Manuel is actually forcing the action. Keep riding Smith.

Serously, is Cotton really pur best perimeter defender cause he can't find Clarkson on his best day.

Time to unveil the next coaching candidate
