Wasn't Jones one of the guys that got named for taking cash during the bad old days? Along with David Stanley (F him) and Albert Reese, his name seems to come to mind when I try to remember who actually got caught with the cash.
If so, there could be bad blood from both parties.
I do not know Rod Jones and in no way am I making any direct or implied statements about him or his son. Just pure speculation which is what we all are doing in this instance.
