Is it true that the uniforms are going to be re-vamped again in 2005?
Anyone know what the changes will look like?

I wonder about the helmets. I hope they don't change. I've got a collection of mini-helmets and I don't want to buy a new one.

They need to pick one uni/helmet and stick with it. Does Nebraska or USC change every year? No. Instability is bad.

Not so fast, my friend! I hear the jerseys will have a different look. Stripes? Different collar/yoke? Plaid with polka-dots? I don't know. But I hear they'll be a little different in 2005.

Haven't heard about any potential changes on the helmets. Your guess is as good as mine.

Kewl, we were supposed to be going to traditional uniforms when we changed a couple of seasons ago. RED numbers were traditional on road jerseys, and put bright red spray paint on those ugly dark blue (I can't tell it from black) helmets with white Mustang decals.

I'm tired of looking like we have TT on our uniforms. :roll:

After looking at the new helmet, the dark red Mustang doesn't really show up very well against the navy blue background. I suppose they could lighten the color red of the Mustang to make it more visible, but it can't appear to be orange - or pink.

I liked the way the red Mustang showed up clearly on the white helmet. And I liked the three stripes down the center on the white helmet (one red stripe bordered by two blue stripes). That was a sharp helmet.

Do we need to consult with the "Uniform Czar" on the Ticket?
