I apologize if this has already been posted, it is the first time I have seen this. Then again news can be a little slow reaching Midland sometimes.

According to a Houston Chronicle poll taken on or around Jan. 17, James has only a 30% name recognition in the state. Among SMU grads he is at 23% positive and 29% negative. Among the Techsters he is 14% positive and 26% negative. That is a little surprising.
