no, no, no. it is just saying if you are a dealer, you should go to TCU because you will probably just be "disciplined" not arrested.

It does seem to indicate that SMU is taking drug violations very serious. You are likely going to get arrested at SMU if caught. At other schools you might be just disciplined. So you drug heads need to look elsewhere
