Here's the job posting for his position that's currently on the SMU Employment link.

This position will report to the Head Football Coach. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: evaluating and recruiting student athletes, assisting in all aspects of practice and training.

Qualifications:

An Undergraduate degree is required. A minimum of two years of coaching experience is required; preferably coaching the linebackers. Division I coaching experience is preferred. Knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations is essential, as well as thorough knowledge of defensive play.

Replacement must be a recruiting machine, preferably with some sort of Texas ties.
And will the new LB coach get to decide if Nnabuife stays at LB or fgoes back to safety? Or has that decision already been made?

They probably want someone with a mustache, as well.
The attitude dictates that you don't care whether she comes, stays, lays, or prays. I mean whatever happens, your toes are still tappin'. Now when you got that, then you have the attitude.
