former TCU graduated WR Bart Johnson transferring to SMU Law School. Too bad he doesn't have eligibility

Btw - I have NEVER EVER NOT ONCE used weed in any way shape or form. It is not my thing. I just don't think that there are any colleges where weed isn't easily available.
