Johnson was named second-team All-CenTex as a junior by the Austin American-Statesman.

I don't believe that is accurate. Here's the list and I don't see him on First, Second or Third team on either Offense or Defense. I did find he was Second Team All District-I think it was 12-5A and that may have been published in Austin American Statesman
