LB on Mad Dog Radio

Postby ericdickerson4life » Tue Apr 24, 2012 2:35 pm

I know most people listen to ESPN and it's different flavors, but here is an interview LB did on Mad Dog Radio (SiriusXM Ch. 86). Pretty good. Haven't listened to all his other interviews or talks but I was impressed. Love John Feinstein, and he seems to think that LB wouldn't have taken this job unless he could win here and win big.

Thanks for sharing this. Each time I hear him talk I get even more excited about the direction of this program. Should start to be fun in Moody again in short order!

Glad he mentioned recruiting the Dallas area and becoming championship-cabliber with local kids.

Which is what I've thought for awhile...

Also the Big East gives him entree into Chicago, New York/NJ, DC, Philly, Memphis, Milwaukee as well as Dallas and Houston. He is known in all of those places and he can at least credibly approach anyone in any of those areas.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

I like that way he is setting his goals. Coach Brown is shooting for a national championship.

I just shed a tear, it was so good to hear LB talk like that. I believe that it should be possible to get some really good kids in here to work with this guy. I can't wait for the season opening dinner, though I dread to think how much the prices will go up for that one.

I think he still feels like there's unfinished business for him to prove in College. I think he wants the challenge to show the whipper snappers he still has something up his sleeve.
