It would appear that another season of the revenue sports is toast. Something I used to direct a lot of my attention to is now, sadly, receiving substantially less.
I have paid considerable Mustang Club dues both pre and post DP, and have spent substantial dollars on season tickets for both football and basketball, but absolutely no return on that investment. Just more of the same year after year.
I took my issues to Dr. Turner personally a year or so ago (along with another diehard friend) and he listened patiently, but nothing has come of our recomendations (sports friendly majors, accountability etc). I say that because I don't just post on this board. I have visited with Dr Turner, Scott Secules and others. I have not visited with Jim Copeland because I believe he is a part of the problem.
I feel like I have been knocking my head into a wall since the day we came back from the DP.
