Tickets to A&M game
I have purchased my season tickets but will probably want additional tickets to the A&M game. Anyone know if Mustang Club members can purchase single game tickets before they go on sale to the public? Since we don't have a ticket office any longer, no one on the Hilltop can tell me.
Also, I have directed several Aggie friends to buy season tickets if they want to assure themselves of a seat to that game. Anyone else thinking about buying additional season tickets and selling them to the aggies and frogs for a premium?

not sure about your experience, but i called the ticket office last week and got an answer.
single game tickets will be made available to season tickets holders prior to going on sale to the general public. they will send out a mailing or email later this spring to announce this.

And for the sake of all that is holy, don't sell home side seats to opposing fans

Nothing more irritating. I hope we're past that.
In addition to my ticket renewal on the west side, I wanted to purchase 2-4 season tickets on the east side. I have inquired regarding a time frame for such a move but I have not received any info. Anybody know?

Problem with the West side is the people who have tickets and don't go to the games, give them to members of the opposition. No way that can be controlled. But I agree, it is really IRRITATING to have members of the opposing school sitting in or near our 50 yard line seats!

Amen to that. Nothing irritates me more than sitting next to an opposing teams' fans next to my season ticket seats. I am hopeful we can get a large group of SMU fans to this game so that we are not completely swamped with obnoxious Aggies.

I'll be honest. I'm going to buy some extra tickets to the aTm game and sell them on Stub Hub. Seems like an easy investment.

I am going to buy season tickets for the first time this season. I spoke to someone about 5 months ago and got on a waiting list but haven't heard anything since. I assume they will be getting ahold of me soon since all the renewals should be close to completion. Right?

Just buy extra season tickets and do that for the frog game as well.

Pleeeeeease do not give or sell your season tickets to any aggies or frogs for those games. It is just rude to your fellow Mustang fans. We have to start a culture where that is just not done. anyone i know does that they are going to hear about it loudly and often - until they are sick of hearing about it.

Call the ticket office. They will hook you up.

I did the same thing and I sent a note to [email protected] to check the status. I got a call 5 minutes later from the ticket office and ordered my tickets. I know they are actively working the list, but if you reach out to them you might get to the front of the line.

We should limit any aggie fan to the grassy knoll and no more than 1500 seats in the end zone area with a price of $350 per ticket. That is about the same % and location they gave us in crappy station.

Re: Tickets to A&M game
I started a SMU Ticketmaster "corporate" account for RBA. Our members have the password and are encouraged to transfer their tickets to that account of the can't use them. Members can login to see if any are there and pick additional tickets up. Perhaps other sections can do a similar system, with a "corporate" account and everybody in that section having access. In fact, I'm going to set something up for my RBA guys in 104. It's not as fun as ripping off an Aggie, but it's a better habit to instill.

The visitor section should be bleachers on mockingbird.
