What are we supposed to do until then?

Mavs title run took us to the end of June last year. It's turning in to a Ranger's town!

Work really, really hard and make a [deleted] of money so you can buy season tickets, travel to every game and give money to the MC. And take a little bit of time off during the season.

That's my plan anyway.

Now, back to work!

NHL playoffs are outstanding theater, PonyFans.com keeping us up on all things SMU, then preseason football.

These are the dog days of summer to be sure. Baseball is wonderful and so are days on the lake and hotdog cookouts. But nothing beats a fall day in Dallas with the Ponies playing. To be sure we will all find a way to endure until Fall.

And I can't wait till we open the season on the road (on TV) and at home (which I can witness).
