So when does SMU start Marketing...
football ticket sales with Legend ? I read where Legend said they are putting 6 people to work on the SMU account. True ? When ? Seems if SMU is serious about selling extra football tickets for 2012, they better get on it pretty quick.

That group needs to do everything possible to take advantage of a terrific home schedule and use this as a springboard to the 2013 Big East debut. We should sell 12,000-14,000 season tickets this year and 18,000-20,000 next year. We gotta get the word out - right now, we're still a private "club" - Members Only.

So it could be zero people and they wouldn't be breaking any promises.

According to SO quotes from SMU BE event in NYC, marketing department will be added once we join the BE (need the cash first).

SMU is already marketing. Prof Sanford Thatcher is providing his editorial skills for SMU's marketing department.

........It was my understanding that 2012 football tickets, that are not sold as season tickets, or as single game tickets this year by SMU, or bought by other school fans, are to be sold by Legends Marketing at some point this season to help insure sell outs. Correct or not ?
