RC Scrotum in HOF, but Dickerson left out

Simply put, how in god's name could RC Scrotum make the HOF before Eric Dickerson?

Good lord, what a horrific fraud.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

This is like the Basketball Hall of Fame leaving out Julius Erving but somehow finding a reason to welcome Doug Moe.
