What does that have to do with anything? Are you off formula yet? You guys discuss kickers, but your school does nothing to recruit them. You complain about my comments, but offer no solutions. I have mentioned a couple kickers that would compliment your program. Ganz jr may be a special teams coach, but he is NOT a kicking coach. You need to recruit a great deep snapper or a great kicker is useless. What suggestions do you have other than we hart our coaches?
"We Heart Our Coaches" was a sarcastic comment. We obviously don't. You obviously don't. I certainly have been underwhelmed. Sarcasm isn't for everyone.
Agreed about our deep snapper. Only one more year with Mark Voosen. Mike Loftus was a Top 10 kicker by most services and Chase Hover has some NJCAA skins...I'd say those are solid B recruits.
Are we talking about kickers? Kickers? Really? Who cares! Can we move on to a different subject to [deleted] about. Like geldings or black jerseys. You know important stuff.
Would you admit to being a SMU grad with some of your replies? I believe most of you watch the forums to see how much sarcastic comments that you can zing. If you want your team to be better than the D2 teams, you would be helping your program with your pocket book rather than your mouth. You can try to BS me with your holier than thou, but what do you really offer to your alumni mater?

If you do not understand the importance of the kicking game and special teams, you have no clue what football is all about. Totally clueless.

I understand the importance of kickers. I do. I have played and coach the game. The BS around here is simply that all the posters want to do is hammer the coaching staff every opportunity they get. So with this topics we are going to write pages about a kicker and how our coaches are clueless. We will once again mock our own coaches, beat our chests and pretend that we know more about coaching the game of football, recruiting players, winning games and care more than they do about the results on the field. As an ex-football coach this pisses me off to no end. I don't think most around here have a clue what the "moron" coaches do day in day out. They have no idea how much time they put into their jobs, the time spent away from family and how much BS they take from the "clueless" public.
