I propose a redesigning of the AD position. I propose that the AD position be comprised of a committee of publicity experts. Those experts should be:

- The entire SMU women's rowing team since they clearly know how to get more publicity and are better marketers than the existing athletic dept. PLUS ...

I like the way you think, though, identifying someone who built a school's athletic program from obscurity to one with a national profile. Hopefully the next AD can team with Coach Jones and Coach Brown and the rest to build the visibility of the program around Dallas.
