Was Robert Richardson a QB at SMU?

Watching Nascar the other day, I heard an announcer state that one of the drivers, Robert Richardson Jr., was once a QB at SMU.

While I don't have great memory, I don't recall seeing him on SMU's roster?

Yes. I played with him. We used to call him Bucky. Great guy.
