Carter Wall
Flunked out of TCU. Former SMU commit who changed his mind and signed with TCU...good chance he would've done the same here.

Re: Carter Wall
Is TCU experiencing some attrition issues? Seems like I'm suddenly reading about quite a few players who won't be back.

Re: Carter Wall
can't assume he would have failed here as well. with the right help or tutoring, he may have passed. plus, what with our team not being high all the time...

He was one of the verbal commitments I really hated to loose - especially to the frogmeisters. Just goes to show...

I imagine that he'd be competing for a starting spot in the line had he chosen SMU and actually made the grade.

Re: Carter Wall
actually they apparently have lost 4 from the roster. I think the biggest loss-not yet confirmed-would be Deryck Gildon who they expected to a rising LB in an area that has already been hit. Think SMU offered him too

Re: Carter Wall
What makes you say that? I'm not challenging the idea, as I have never seen him play and have no idea how good he is. Did he play at all last year? Have you seen him play?Cadillac wrote:I imagine that he'd be competing for a starting spot in the line had he chosen SMU and actually made the grade.
Re: Carter Wall
I say that because both Starting Tackle spots are open, and he would be a highly recruited Redshirt Freshman. I don't think it's a controversial statement.Fresh wrote:What makes you say that?
