What is wrong with it? You have a hippie from Vermont as yours.

Hopefully he took one for the team and made a deal with him so the ponies can go bowling next year!

It doesn't quite work that way.

When you sacrifice your soul to the devil, the compensation for such is usually confined to the person making the sell. Now, someone could, in theory, sell their soul for great wealth and then proceed to donate this wealth to the athletic department. In this case, that might benefit the Ponys. But no, you cannot sell your soul in exchange for a good football season. There are strict rules to this.

Eddie P, I'm sorry but you're wrong on this one. In the broadway show Damn Yankees the manager of the Washington Senators sold his soul to the devil just to beat the Yankees.

I respectfully disagree...that may be how it works on Broadway, but I was referring to practical day-to-day affairs of soul-selling and such.

I tired to sell my soul to the Devil for a SMU football National Championship. He said I had a snowball's chance in hell to close that deal. Guess the old soul isn't worth what it use to be.

What if we had a plurality of soul sales? I mean we could get the Mustang Club involved as a soul wholesaler- a soulsaler, if you will... It'd go great with the brownies and lemon squares at basketball half times.

Would this work? Eddie P "Faust"?

Yes, that's how it used to be. Before ebay.
