They have the equivalent AND offer much more support and services available to their student-athletes. It is much more extensive; closer to a public university than a small private one. TCU does a great job in this area.

[they apparently have lost 4 from the roster. I think the biggest loss-not yet confirmed-would be Deryck Gildon who they expected to a rising LB in an area that has already been hit. Think SMU offered him to]
I think a big loss for the "D" maybe the biggest, is LB Tanner Brock. Brock and Tank Carter made a strong tandem in the middle. The last I heard, Brock has enrolled at UTEP.

He was going to be a good one. He checked in at 6'5 270 and this spring was every bit of 6'6 300 and solid as a rock. I mean his frame could hold another 30 lbs easy. He is a lean 300 if that is possible.
Some juco/FCS DTs and DEs aren't going to have Christian thoughts when lining up against him. Gotta go to class!

Yes, you may take the guy who flunked out of TCU. He'll probably be summa cum laude at ol' UH. No you may not claim an academic smack exemption. This guy is a mental midget if he can't pass "football math" with the facilities TCU has.

If you did get a commitment from him you guys may have gotten a good player but I do not see him on any commitment list.

You know what they say: if you can't get in to Texas, smu, tcu, rice, a&m, Baylor, or Texas tech...go to UH!

247, and per his twitter last night. Rivals and scout will most likely update today. malonish wrote:Yes, you may take the guy who flunked out of TCU. He'll probably be summa cum laude at ol' UH. Ironically, SMU is the one who had a gunman on campus and a recent spike of on campus robberies.

And to show just what an ignorant twaught you really are....there was no gunman on the SMU campus. The dude had a knife and was 1/2 a mile away from campus, but don't let that cloud your commuter school little brain.
Back off Warchild seriously.

As of recently, it seems so. Rice also has a higher crime rate than UH.
