Scared to think about what tuition is going to be like in 20 years.

The only way for a lower income student (non-athlete) to make it into a top private university is by the aid of the school, but even then that means you have to be smarter than almost everybody else even though you go to a rapidly declining school system focused on minimum state test and not education. Not to mention the trend of adding more foreign students as they pay even more than normal tuition to overcome state funding cuts, not that they should be excluded, but you have to wonder how many children will get a fare chance at even a top state school education.

We seem to be set on importing engineers and scientist instead of creating our own. Wouldn't be surprised if the international percentage you see in STEM graduate programs eventual become reflected in schools undergraduate STEM programs.

O'well I have my quarter of million dollar+ education paid for, but good luck to the next guy.

Our best engineers are on wall st. or similar getting paid. Foreign engineers will do the disproportionate rigor in work and education vs pay, especially the long hours of mind numbing branches of engineering. Pay better and you will get more engineers.

Great news congratulations. Now you need to get about 500 friends to come to the football games.

Way to go, Fan1. I'd like to shake your hand - stop by the boulevard before the SFA game - I'll be the one in the red shirt.
