Understood why Penn State accepted the punishment, but Stallion's right. The crimes are clearly not in their jurisdiction and this is a case of stunning overreach.

Sounds to me that the NCAA said "please take this without an argument do we can all move on". Something that the general public would say was strong, yet not nearly close to using all the ammo in their belt. Not even close.

Here's hoping that the NCAA's ruling doesn't derail actual legitimate criminal prosecution efforts, or rightful civil litigation either.

NCAA's actions have nothing to do with what will eventually play out as to both those individuals criminally charged and for those parties sued for civil damages. You can bet the investigations will be ongoing for years to come.
