Now that sounds about right. Her rent money must have been due and she must have been about $50 short or something. Unless she was below halfway decent.

I totally agree this is a 'death penalty' offense yet again..........the hooker should be drawn and quartered....$50 be damned....

Funny.......there is NO way a hooker in Dallas would be asking such a low number unless she is actually from Arkansas.

I honestly have never understood the law on prostitution. I can go to a bar and pick up a lady, have sex and be perfectly legal. But if I give her money for the night, I am arrested and so is she. I am not condoning the act but I do not understand the basis for the punishment. A couple of weeks ago I gave a mechanic money to fix my car. I got screwed and no one is being punished.
