If you're thinking about buying a mini package remember for $8.00 more you could get season tkts. I hope you don't let someone's rudeness keep you from supporting your Mustangs.

Better still, you can probably sell you Frog tickets to friends (SMU - not Frogs) for face value and reduce the cost even more.

Ponyhockey23,
Some of us will have tickets. Not saying you get face value, but I imagine you can find a ticket at a better price. You just might have to work the boards (not hockey boards) and not the ticket office.

Not saying its right (or wrong) just that is the market for now.

Quit whining. Settle your beef with the ticket office and get over it. Either buy a ticket or don't.

I would also inform someone in the athletic department of this person's rude behavior as well. No place for that in ticket sales.

Try buying single game tickets to any major program, if you can, $85.00 is dirt cheap. We all want to be relevant again, but it comes at a a cost, or put down $200,000 get a seat option and pay $250.00 per ticket at Cowboy Stadium. Hell, I just smacked down $22.00 per ticket to see Batman.

I would come anyway, see your friends, enjoy the BLVD, and then realize that the price of the ticket has risen as well as the value of the product and experience. Don't give up on the program, we need you.

You nailed it on the head. For a game that will be sold out, the $85 face value is not out of line. That price is aimed at Aggie fans.

Essentially, the ticket strategy is designed to hit visitors hard (high single game pricing) and reward home fans (cheap season tickets)

so wait, you're pissed because the athletic dept wouldn't cut you a deal on discounted tickets to the most high profile game of the season?

seems a little short-sighted to me on your part.

Right on ... if you want the tickets you have to pay the going rate...otherwise every a&m fan would find some SMU alumn to buy tickets for them.

It's amazing and ridiculous the number of people that feel like they shouldn't have to pay for the goods and services they are provided. What were you looking for coming on here, someone to give you a discounted ticket?

Showing that warm human side again, Berger?

Seriously, the guy deserves better treatment from a purported customer service organization. Discounted tickets? No. But being treated well? Absolutely.

Dude, you should have found a higher paying job. Stop complaining and pay the asking price to support your school.
