Penn State Sr WR Justin Brown has told Oklahoma coaches he will transfer there. Plans to arrive Monday.

Oklahoma WR Justin Brown, 6-3, 209 pounds, has one season of eligibility. Brown has 35 catches for 517 yards last season for Penn State.
