Is Penn State now asking for the DP?
Isn't this like a school-issued middle finger pointed straight at the NCAA?
That they're selling this in an official school bookstore is shocking, even for a place as nauseating as State Penn.

Penn State doesn't know when to back off. The over all issue is that Penn State put football above all else and still does. Penn State sucks. They should have gotten the death penalty and end it.

Stay classy, Penn State....

I don't have an issue with the t-shirts as much as the Penn State people who are now appealing the vacated wins and trying to void the agreement on all the sanctions saying that the president did not have the authority to agree to those terms. They got off easy and are still complaining? If I were in the NCAA offices,
I would grant them their wish, revoke the agreement and slap them with 2-4 years of the death penalty.

+1
It makes sense to me.

My bet is they negotiate a lesser punishment by the time it is said and done - which sucks..............

No way they get a lesser penalty considering national opinion on Penn State. My thought is if the board of regents continues the rogue lawsuit against the NCAA, PSU could very well end up with teh death penalty.

A minorty segment of the Board of Trustees has no standing to appeal the sanctions which were agreed to by Penn St. This ain't going anywhere

I keep hearing the comparison....the NCAA has no way to hit them with Death Penalty...only way is two NCAA major violations within a five year period. That's it. Hell PennState didn't even have one violation.
Truth is...NCAA overstepped their bounds. They had no role.
