Is the SMU section at the Baylor game in section U which is between the end zone and the 5-10 yard line?

Is that the section the SMU ticket office is selling? How much longer will they be available (or maybe a better question is how many are left in SMU's allotment?)?

Mine are Section U Row 1 as well...I bought them in person from the ticket office (only last week, actually) and got them in the mail today.

Really hoping the fact that I got them in row 1 this late isn't a bad sign....

SMU brought 3,000 last time. I wouldn't worry about it.

There will be plenty of SMU fans down there...I WOULD worry about that WordupBU. Whole different SMU world out there since then if you hadn't noticed. We will come strong as we did in Birmingham for the Bowl game.
I just wish real SMU fans would buy their damn tickets from the ticket office and not on stubhub and the like...

You misunderstood my post. I was saying no need to worry about a low turnout. Typically for a Saturday in September game BU will bring 39-42,000 so with a good smu crowd we could break 45k combined.

Both programs have come a long way since we last played each other.

My bad no worries... We will bring 7-8,000 for this game IMHO.

We won't even be alotted more than about 4,000 tickets. I say less than that actually go

As long as its not Friday or Thurs our side does well the last 3-4 years. That kills the dfw and htown alumni turnout.
