We went there before the game last year, and honestly, I was not all that impressed. It was good, but didn't blow me away. Maybe it was because some folks I talked to had hyped it up so much, so I had high expectations.

Really? Who would have thought a pizza joint would have margaritas worth ordering?

if you go to george's then order a burger, chicken fried steak and some crazy wings. also, an ice cold big o. i will admit that georges doesnt seem to be as good as it used to be but if you stick with burger or cfs you'll be fine. if you want to try something different go to Viteks at 35 & 17-18th st. order a gut pak.

Gotta love Goodfriend. While it's a bit south of White Rock, I've become a fan of Bryan St. Tavern. They've opened up the beer selection to have more craft beers and the pizza is excellent. They seem to be doing well since they've undergoing their ownership change. I might hit them up for a beer or two after the game.

AD said there are 7,000 tickets left so it looks like we are at 38,000 right now. Seems like the ponies are traveling strong for this one....going to be a fun game.
