Where is the best place for tailgating to post up at / bring a cooler to? Is there a main area by the stadium or anything?

That's because lines like "your eyes are the same color as my Daddy's Porsche" don't work on a Baylor girl like they do for the loose women at SMU. Gotta up your game, Pony. Also, stop popping the collar on the polo. Looks like you're not into chicks (not that there's anything wrong with that). You're obviously used to the Craig James hookers at SMU.

Let me put it this way: my daughter will be strictly forbidden from Scruffs.

You got it wrong..the line is "your eyes are the same color as MY Porsche." Besides, all the Baylor girls get married Senior year..so I'll stick to SMU girls

You're not fooling anyone that it's your Porsche in college. I've never known an alumnus to brag about his alma mater's loose women. I will stipulate that SMU girls are incredibly easy. Congrats? The only lines you need for an SMU girl are: 1) "hey this is crazy, and I just met you, but here's my [deleted], so suck it maybe?;" and 2) cocaine.

The Baylor girls are just telling you they're married because they're just not that into you. And I can see why--weak wit.

i'll be drinking with billy joe shaver pregame out in Lorena at Papa Joes. hopefully we will shoot somebody.

You Baylor folks sure do like to shoot people.

we like to shoot guns but not near as much as your students like to OD on coke/xannie/pain killer combos. a guy i work with told me his frat at smu likes to make drinks and blend up xanax in the cocktails. dying while partying is an awesome pony tradition.

Well, they did speak in my tongue plenty. So maybe you're partially right.

On the other hand, it's apparent you guys are used to dropping an 8 ball and getting an SMU gal. You actually have to talk to a Baylor girl. (I know, it's so unfair!)

Yes, there is. You'll see what is appears to be a practice field as next to the scoreboard side of the stadium. It's full of people. (It's not a practice field anymore). The Bearmobile will have Shetland pony rides for the kids in honor of our SMU friends from up north. You'll see the large Bear Pit smokers and flags as well. There is also a George's tent.

In one post you contradicted yourself about bragging on loose women from your alma mater. The meth might be messin with your cognitive reasoning.

Please try to follow along, I know it is hard for you.

The good news is that in two days we will not hear from you again. On the other hand, I look forward to chatting with our other Baylor regulars that can actually hold a substantive conversation.

i'm confused; do you think SMU students blow a lot of coke and have loose girls? Your posts are entirely too cryptic to ascertain the true meaning.

I love how you are trying to portray Baylor as some sort of party haven b/c a few "6's" have a beer at a run down irish pub. Kudos to you; I fully expect to see Baylor ranked as the number one party school in the country once Playboy finds out about Scruffy's.

Waco is the bane of humanity and I feel sorry for your feeble attempt to rationalize anything to the contrary.

I'm just playing along with the material you're giving me. Suggesting a place to drink in Waco is not the same as claiming Baylor is a party school. I'm glad it's not. But Scruffy's is a fun time. If you want to go, great. If you don't want to bring the sour attitude, that's fine too.

But I understand that Waco is scary to you guys. It's got black people, Hispanics and poor people. Icky!

The only one bragging about loose women is Pony. The meth thing is smart. Baylor is definitely known for its meth heads. So is Highland Park and Lakewood. You nailed me!

I grew up around SMU. And I still live nearby. I know it well.

Your coke and rich kid cracks are pretty clever - never heard that one before.

I grew up in HP and live near SMU, so what does that prove. Keep posting, you are really helping change our attitudes towards baylor bear alumni.

A Google query of Waco Sucks returns 492,000 responses.

Do you have equity in Scruffy's or something? Why are you selling this place so hard? It is kind of weird and creepy...especially since you allude to a specific girl's review on Yelp. Check yourself.

It proves I used to think like you. Now I know better. I know the cocaine and rich kid cracks regarding SMU are just as clever (and accurate) as the Baylor-people-pray-all-the-time "jokes."

We've learned long ago that SMU alumni opinion is powerless and irrelevant. But that doesn't mean we can't be good hosts. You want to have fun in Waco? We are happy to give you some suggestions. You want to make fun of Baylor? We are happy to point out your flaws.

I'm talking about it because I was asked by an SMU fan (MexMustang) on p. 2 to give more details about it. It was one of about 20 places I suggested.
