Unfortunately that is JJ's style. I'll always remember his pre-game speech before the Sugar Bowl--it made me want to take a nap. We need more energy on the sideline.

Not sure he does not care, but rather a patient guy trying to coach as a teacher with a QB who is not familiar with the offense and who is making a number of read and throwing mistakes.
