(1) Maybe Maryland will have a second round of talks with JJ, after they fire Randy Edsall.

(2) Or the University of Hawaii will open the AD position, and hire JJ to go back home.

The funny thing is if we suck this year we won't get hired anywhere. That's why Arizona didn't take him.

Not that this can make up the difference in points but the officials certainly were not in our favor tonight. I counted four plays in a row that they did not call penalties on Baylor including two that almost ripped our receivers heads off.

And who would take the reigns that we could legitimately have a shot at at this juncture of the season? Mason would be my choice, I'd like to see what he could do as the king of the team. But then again, his defense just got shredded.

Before the Baylor game I would have said Mason but his D just got totally manhandled and was completely inept. Phillips is not the answer as we have seen how well (or not) he recruits. He is also the coach of the WRs who played so poorly.

IDNK any available coaches on the outside that we would want.

when does his contract expire? how much will it cost SMU to fire him? DOH and Orsini cost a lot of $$, so is SMU prepared to throw away several more million?
