First of all, if you play nine conference games you can't play 4 OOC games (unless one is at Hawaii). So automatically you eliminate any school in the ACC, Big 12 and Pac-12. If you count schools from conferences that play less than eight conference games, Syracuse plays Minnesota, Missouri, Northwestern and USC. For their fifth OOC, they host Stony Brook.
