the game should be a sell out (or very close) even with the 3500 added bleachers seats. that means the ticket prices are exactly what the market will bear. airline fares are too high but I pay the price when I need to travel, also price of gasoline. you get my point.

$85 may indeed be the market clearing price

its a bargain for smu fans. why pay 75 when you could shell out 90 at the beginning of the season and get season tickets

If we had a 75,000 seat stadium, they would prboably be lower. But this is like getting a ticket to a Mettalica concert at Fondren. You pay more, but you get a better product. Cozy environment, great sight lines, women who don't look like sheep, and a great game day experience. But cheap is cheap. That's why the chicken part of the Chicken Ranch stayed in business.

Aggies need to stop whining. It's there school that's charging a minimum of $60 to see big bad South Carolina State!

Even the endzones will be much better seats than where they stuck us last year.

Nobody's seats were worse than mine. They had me in seats that our band was also ticketed for. So I literally shared a seat with an SMU bandsman. And it was at the negative 20 yard line, meaning ten yards the the left of the back of the endzone. I had to avoid being hit by a trombone slide whilst craning my neck to the right just to see the game.

Also, at this game more than any other in recent memory, it's important for everyone to shut down the tailgate and get in to the stadium BY KICKOFF. Let's not let the stupid Aggies give it a Kyle Field feel from the start.

This cannot be over emphasized. Let's get to the field BEFORE kick off. We need to do it right for this game. Pass it on.
