When it comes to football...yes it is. No pair of football gloves get better when wet.
SMU took a chance on me. I'll never turn my back on it.

As a former goalkeeper, I can say 1) at high levels weather is not an acceptable excuse for not making a play, and 2) wet weather gloves definitely help.

Gloves had nothing to do with the passes bouncing off the players' chest.

Agree w mrydel on that.

I'm wondering if its apples and oranges , or what...or maybe its overly simplistic to think well..here is another game where it was raining like crazy. But, Im interested in opinions..what's the difference..personnel ? Scheme? Stage ? Opponent http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=LZ8F04L1 ... Z8F04L1Mys

It would not matter if these undersized, careless, weak minded jokers put miracle glue on their hands they could not catch the sorry throws from this junior high qb...
