1st and Goal offense on the 1
I can't believe we a ONLY have a run and shoot offense, first down on the goal line. Put in a tight end and run a Power I. Its not rocket science, but don't loose a game over that. Stupid...

Re: 1st and Goal offense on the 1
Especially with an inexperienced O-line that has trouble with run blocking, a defense that is designed to stop Zack Line and playing in the rain. You would think most couches would have at least one play that includes a blocking back and a TE for that type of situation. Appearantly not the "Great QB Guru".

I was screaming "#48, four times...nothing else, June", knowing full well that wasn't going to happen.
I was surprised at the incredulous looks I got from some fans after that play when I screamed for June to go back to the islands. Given that there were about 500 people in the stands at that point, I'm hoping that one made it down to the sidelines.

TCU actually changes their offensive formations on the goaline. Shocking

I would have put Wimbley in to block for ZL and run it 4 times----ZL WOULD have gotten the TD!
Apparently, according to t.v. announcers, every Thursday tcu practices w/wet footballs, too. So glad we have the guru though!!!!!

Please also remember the horrible goal line efficiency against Baylor too. The pass at the 1 yard line for negative 3 yards. This is not a new problem yet there is no change in approach. Frustrating.

As mrydel has mentioned Wembly hasn't seen the field since Baylor. Jones was so hot on him last year, but for some reason not so much this year.

Do not take this seriously, but by some of the things he does on the field and off it seems like June is almost daring SMU to fire him.

Unless we fumble, I say 100% chance we would have scored a TD with a TE to help block and Wimbley and Line in the backfield.

June would love a year of 2.2 M to go golf and shop for his next (and final) west coast stop.

We have a 260lb. runningback just sitting on the bench, who June suggested go out for runnigback for whatever reason. Makes no sense that he doesn't realize that on the goal line is a good place for his 260lb. back.
