PB - just keep beating jj's drum. Obviously many of us think losing 75% of our games to-date is pretty crappy. Glad you feel the win % of 25 is so wonderful..
Sorry. I keep forgetting the season is over.
You guys scream mediocrity. The reality is we're 1-3. There is no way we win 5 of the next 8. Not sure what games you've been watching. Jones is asleep at the wheel, and unfortunately we're all along for the ride that I think you know where we'll end up. We are in year 5 of Jones' tenure, and we can't even compete against mid-level FBS teams. Wake up!

Sorry crappy WR team, weak young, o-line (I sympathize with) = my general crap team of 2012 and most likely 2013 lol

I really hope people from other fanbases don't read too much on this board... While I don't think our team is going to go out and win a national championship, or conference USA I still have enough pride to refrain from going all out and calling them a crappy team. You can still try to be prideful without being delusional. This isn't the only post I've seen like it, but in my opinion, it looks bad when you're own fans start calling the team they root for crap. So with that said, I do hope the season turns around quickly starting Saturday, and we can get back on track.

Ok, ok, how about this give me an adjective to describe their "performance?" I'm guessing a synonym for perfect attendance lol

I wanted to add, do you think all fans say every year how great they are and how they will never say they are crap? It's criticism which they need rather than this here is your 8th place trophy garbage

Where have I said you can't offer criticism? Look through all of my damn post and you'll see that I've been critical as well. You're missing my damn point though. I don't see anything wrong with pointing out what's wrong, or reasons for losing ball games. I'm saying to atleast have some pride rather than throwing your damn team in the sh***er and just labeling the entire team as "crappy." I don't think June is the right man for the job, but damnit I hope he gives me reasons to question my own opinion by the end of the season, because that would mean that the team turned some things around. Do I think GG has done well? No, but I sure as hell hope he gets it together for the teams sake. I'm all for moving forward, and trimming the fat where it's needed, but I'll be damned if I throw the guys under the bus who've been trying and working hard because others aren't holding their end of the deal up. There's constructive criticism and then there's talking like a horse's [deleted]. I don't deny needing improvements and doing what it takes to get to the top, but if your overall opinion is that the team is just "crap" then why do you go to games or even come on this board?

Because that tough talk, or "throwing them in the [deleted]" is what can snap some of them out of this lazy give up attitude. If people perceive them to be crap than maybe they will do everything possible to not look like it example focusing on catching before running. Constantly practicing and reading the play book. The sad part is nowhere in the schedule now makes a difference beating up CUSA gets you nothing. Like I have said in many posts, I don't enjoy saying they're crap but when you play like it, look like it, then you outta be called crap...I know we are beginning to live in this nancy fruit politically correct world but people need to stop acting like little girls, man up and catch footballs.

Let's bring this thread back where it should be: on Cole Beasley. We all should be happy for him and be glad he stuck with it. He has a lot to be proud of. He is a great representative of our school.

People from other fanbases would laugh at how tame the posts on this board are.

Cole actually catches the ball, and for this I appreciate him. I wish he would have rubbed off on our current receivers.

Agreed, just miss him in SMU uniform always catching the ball and taking it up field. Hope he plays more with the Cowboys they can use a smart dependable WR

Let's get this straight once and for all. The OL has had few starts, they are not "weak young". There are three seniors and a junior on the OL.
